ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation at IMT Mines Albi
Our residences contain 566 accommodations, among which 302 are on the campus. The others are located in the city center of Albi (approximatively 10 minutes by bike). Each residence have its own trash cans.
The accommodations are studio apartments, with a kitchenette (but no crockery), a bed (but no sheets), a bathroom, a television plug and a network plug (but no wifi).
The price is between 400€ and 500€ (internet and utilities included).
The location of an accommodation oblige you to respect the rules and regulations attached to it.
How to obtain an accommodation
Reservation
The reservation process is handled by the accommodation department. You can contact them at : hebergement@mines-albi.fr
Checklist of the paperwork to obtain the accommodation
If you need an accommodation, those are the useful paperwork :
- A proof of identity,
- A French bank account (to open after your arrival)
- A housing insurance (you can subscribe online, or with your bank account),
- A deposit of 350€ will be paid on the day of reservation
If you are eligible to the benefits office (CAF), you will need :
- A passport,
- A visa or a residence permit,
- A birth certificate (in the original language and in French),
- OFII.
Keys delivery
The keys delivery takes place in the accommodation department in the main building of the school during weekdays and during working hours.
