The Campus

On the campus, students benefit from an area of more than 22ha, including 46 200 m² of reception and service infrastructures : documentation center, computer rooms, multimedia services, catering, gyms and green spaces.

Also, we are located only 5 minutes away from Albi city center, in a campus with modern architecture to ensure the comfort of students.

To find your way into the main building, all classrooms and offices are registered with a 4 digits code.

Let’s take an example with room « 1A35 » :

  • The first number indicates the floor, so in this case it’s the first floor.
  • The letter indicates the area of the building, here, it’s building A.
  • The last number indicates the location of the room inside the area.

How to arrive ?

BY CAR
  • From Toulouse by Highway A68 (75 km / 1h).
  • From Montpellier by Highway A75 and road D999 (200 km / 2h50).
  • From Paris by Highway A20 and road D999 (700 km / 6h30).

BY TRAIN
  • From Paris : several daily connections with Toulouse and only one direct train by night.
  • From Toulouse : 10 daily connections (Toulouse-Rodez Line, train stop Albi-Ville / 1h)
BY PLANE

Toulouse-Blagnac Airport : national and international flights (1h from Albi by motorway / 1h30 – 2h00 by public transport, take the airport shuttle to Toulouse-Matabiau train station, then the train to Albi-Ville).

FLE classes during your semesters at IMT Mines Albi

If you want to improve your French, there are courses you can take called French as a foreign language (Français Langue Étrangère, FLE) in addition to your course of study once per week for one and a half hour (1h30min).
